Is the 4.5 hours done by the time like 9 until 1:30 then 45 min break.
Or isit completely driving time? Like say I only drove 2 hours in 4.5 hours of time could I still drive for another 2 and a half hours before having a break■■?

Driving time is the time recorded when the vehilce is moving and the total of all those movements is driving time
You could drive 2 hours, do other work or POA for say 1 hour then drive another 2.5 hours before having to take a 45 min break
You could drive 2 hours - have a 45 min break - drive 4 hours - take a 45 min break - drive another 3 hours = a 9 hour driving day
You could drive 2 hours - have a 15 min break - drive 2.5 hours - take a 30 min break - drive 3 hours - do other work for 1 hour - drive 1.5 hours = 9 hour driving day
Driving time is the time the wheels are turning.
I suggest, with respect, that you book yourself on a DCPC drivers hours course sooner rather than later.
