Anyone know how to get a start at wakefield rdc ■■
My mate wants to try and get in there and says most other depots advertise but he never sees anything for wakefield.

That’s what I thought but sittingborne and burton latimer setting on direct according to morrisons web site.
Did shop deliveries out of Kettering ( subby) and good job, just drive too store ,reverse on bay,they tip you while you fill your face in there cheap canteen .
N.b we had too pick up our own backhaul so never reloaded anything from store .

As are morrisons RDC at Stockton, I know a chap just been for an assessment. Why doesn’t your mate just ring the transport office?
I heard Northwich has just taken some drivers on. First time in years. I was also told that they ignored the agency drivers.
Plenty of agency in Wakefield. I did it about 5 years ago but for a subbie.
Work is spot on, you’re just a chauffer. Never once went in the back of a trailer to aid delivery.

^^^this. They always give you a turnaround of 45mins per drop so you could have your break. Depending on if I was on days or nights it would be a walk to the cheap as chips canteen for a breaky or my supper 
I enjoyed it and I’d sooner work for them than Gist or Toscos. I worked Fri,Sat and Sun night one weekend and took home nearly £500 for 3 nights of easy work. That was about 5 year ago on agency when they still had the odd black ERF units at Wakey.

Said he has searched the site and can find no numbers for offices…
I bet it’s one of the better jobs in the area and quite hard to get on

It used to be juice but this was about 4 or 5 years ago so I can’t help you, sorry mate.
