Is there a web sight anybody knows to that i can go to to print my rights off as a driver to say they can’t stop me useing the toilets or the canteen when i have been on a bay for x amount of hours and anything else the try to make us do .
i dont think you have a ‘right’ to use the canteen but you have a right to access to a toilet.
if they dont let you just threaten to go and get your dangly bit out in the yard, they normally let you use them then! its worked for me so far, once i walk out and undo my flies in plain view of the office or camera’s they tend to point you to the nearest toilet

or go and ask them with a toilet/kitchen roll and a paper under your arm if they refuse to let you ahem go ask them if you can borrow a bin and a queite corner
that usually does the trick

2.3.2 Drivers as a vulnerable group
Risks to drivers of vehicles in workplaces warrant particular attention as drivers themselves are often the victims of WT accidents. Frequently drivers are hurt when their vehicle overturns or strikes something, or when they fall off it. They may be struck by their own vehicle after it runs away (see section above). In particular, lorry drivers may be struck by FLTs (un)loading their lorry as they “assist” or watch, or by other passing vehicles as they secure or sheet their load. All non-essential people should be excluded from (un)loading areas whilst other vehicles are operating there. If observation of loading is essential (it usually isn’t) a safe area for the driver to stand should be designated and the FLT driver instructed remain stationary if the LGV driver moves out of it.
The lorry cab may be a safe place to stay as long as the loading activity does not endanger the cab.
The best place for drivers is a rest area with access to toilets and refreshments.

Health & Safety law requires employers to look after the health, safety and welfare of their employees. They must also consider others who could be affected by their work, for example clients, contractors and visitors to their premises.
All these quotes are taken from the HSE website. I would suggest you turn the tables & ask them where in the H&S rules does it say visitors are not allowed to use the toilets.
Stay Calm, if they refuse you the toilets, ask to see their supervisor and explain that you will ■■■ where you stand if he doesn’t let you powder your nose.
