I just use a diary and log start/finish times and places I have been and hours in overtime with days off left blank ![]()
Oh I also record anything thats unusual for my day just in case I need to remember it as the old grey cells are pants at that memory thing ![]()
Do you not have to record total driving time and break times etc
just want to keep on the right side of the law for if i ever get pulled from vosa
Your tacho does that for you ![]()
but not on the days I am not out in the lorry, for example today I was out and most likely tomorrow but the rest of the week I will be in the van, I will just keep my trusty notepad for now and start with diary nxt year, cheers

Thanks rog I had a book of something very similar in a previous job and it did me for the year, I have searched on fleabay and amazon but donβt see any with 52 sheets, I guess I could just print these off
If anyone wants a copy of a two-week A4 sized record sheet very similar to the VOSA one in Annexe 3 p49 on the above link, PM me your email address and Iβll send it to you. I just keep a clipboard in my wagon with these sheets duly filled out - as above, I have days where I am office-based and donβt touch a wagon.
