WC 31/8 = regular weekly rest using last 45 hours from the 4 days off
WC 7/9 = regular weekly rest using 7/9 + 8/9
WC 14/9 can be a reduced
sat 5/9 = not used for any week as weekly rest - just an extra which does not need compensation
