Drivers hours

Hi all,
I need some advice about my drivers hours. Please find below what I have worked this week. Had 4 days prior to starting last Sunday.

Started last Sunday 1800hrs-0400hrs 5 hours driving time
Monday. 1800hrs-0400hrs 5 hours driving time
Tuesday. 1800hrs-0400hrs 5 hours driving time
Wednesday. 1800hrs-0400hrs 5 hours driving time
Thursday. Rest from 0400hrs-1800 hrs Friday
Friday. 1800hrs-0400hrs 5 hours driving time
Saturday. Rest from 0400hrs til 1800 hrs Sunday

My question is my boss has asked me to work tonight at 1800hrs through to Friday morning 0400 hrs timings same as above for each day I will then have 4 days off from Friday 0400hrs. Can I work this? Can’t get my head around it. Thanks in advance

I don’t see a block of 45 hours off there but I can’t really get my head around it either! I need a day off!!

I’d say yes.
Your 45 is in the 4 days you had off before, and the 4 days you have off after.
You’ve got a 24hr in Sat / Sun

IF THE WEEK PRIOR TO THE ONE LISTED WAS A REGULAR WEEKLY REST THEN THE ANSWER IS YES

NO PAYBACK NEEDED AS SECOND REDUCED PAID BACK THE FIRST AND THE SECOND DOES NOT NEED PAYING BACK
