A couple of questions relating to drivers hours.
I am currently working on the agencies, which isn’t great because I am getting every other day. 
My working pattern for the past week as been:
7/01 day shift
8/01 day shift
9/01 off
10/01 off
11/01 Interview - no working
12/01 day shift ended 1730
13/01 off
So I had a full weekly rest mid week and an extra day off.
14/01 day shift started 0400.
15/01 off
16/01 day shift
17/01 off
18/01 Driving Assessment - Card in for perhaps 2 hours most.
19/01 Unknown
20/01 Unknown
My understanding is that weekly periods go from Monday 0000 to Sunday 2359 and that I have to have a 45 hour rest period in one of two consecutive 7 day periods. That means to me that I can work all weekend if the Agencies can find a job for me to do, because I had a 45+ in week 1 and a 24 hour rest, (actually two!) in Week two. So provided I can get 45 hours un-interrupted rest in by the end of week 21st to 27th, I am ok. Is this right or am I smoking something?
