New footage of attempts by migrants to break into moving vehicles approaching the Port of Calais has emerged as lorry drivers crossing the Channel to Kent launch a campaign demanding better protection for their vehicles.
UKBA are not really bothered because it puts cash in their coffers. As far as they are concerned it is the driver’s problem to sort out not theirs but they will take action against the driver if HE fails to protect our borders.
UK border control can give thousands pound penalty for each migrant to lorry drivers.But what they give to this migrant.■■?just deportation.if migrant cross border not legal,so must sent this migrant to prison for couple years.and after make deportation.may next migrant will be think must try or not.

If they seriously wanted to stop the problem, they could do it overnight - just make the ferry company / train operator jointly liable for them and fine them accordingly, bet you’d then see better security around the ports and terminals.

Got pulled into the scanner last night as I was outbound to France. Once the UKBA guy had taken me into the office and set about x raying the two vehicles I asked him what the point was of scanning us when we were leaving the country, and why we weren’t paid some sort of load bonus for smuggling them out?
His answer staggered me; he pointed to an x ray on the wall with 8 illegals in the back of a truck, he then told me that they catch at least 10 per week smuggling themselves OUT of Britain. Apparently they get themselves here in the first place and get all their benefits in place, they then smuggle themselves back to France, pick up some bogus ID’s, smuggle themselves back to Britain and then put a fresh benefit claim under a fresh identity in!
Yer man told me that only last month they’d caught a guy who was multiple claiming over £3000 per week from us!

Even better - it’s safe to say that ALL those arriving like that intend to either work in the black economy, or not at all - ie living off benefits.
STOP the right to ANYTHING for the first 10 years, and see the “arrivals” drop away to the small level that actually come over here with qualifications and a will to work that means they’ll be paying taxes instead of draining the system.
Too much negative re-enforcement for drivers, and none at all for the migrant. They are going to keep on coming, even at the risk of their own lives.
We’re still considered to be “treasure Island” by migrants far and wide - which motivates those coming to cross multiple OTHER countries they could migrate to instead. Britain’s power was always as a result of being an Island. Under EU directive we’ve had to “give up island mentality” which otherwise would make it easy to close our borders to chancers, by simply removing the benefits & black market backup they get when they arrive.
Notice the price of henchmen, hookers, & security has not moved for many years in a manner that suggests “supply and demand” has any effect in these markets. The black economy is very much a planned economy. At the other end of the scale, the “wages” paid to get a foreigner to strip off/steal/murder someone has actually gone DOWN for those under the market’s control. This is obviously quite worrying when one finds oneself in a foreign ghetto type area, where you might be murdered for merely the contents of your wallet.
Meanwhile for others not exposed to all this - we’re not going to get rich being a security guard (a lot of new vacancies predicted in the next 5 years) and getting a young bit of skirt on your arm is more about “what job opportunities you represent to them”, as opposed to the actual size of your wad.
Every Brit guy I know currently dating an immigrant girl has helped her “get a job”, so I’m only making an observation here. The guys who work as some kind of manager or supervisor even get to date the best looking of the girls too, but that’s purely my own assessment.
We need a lot more police and customs officials - not less as we’ve been getting. 
If ANY mainstream party were serious about “moving the UK towards leaving the EU” - then we’d already have policies like “border clampdown” pushed on election manifestos. The absence of such policy suggests of course that we’ll NEVER get that 2017 referendum from ANY of the main three parties.
All three of them can say "If Farage LOSES the election (by “not getting the most seats!”) then they will take that as a MANDATE that “we in the UK have given the incumbent governments full permission to shaft us rotten, using gravel in place of vaseline as well” - because we’ve merely “not stopped them from doing that”. How’s THAT for “negative re-enforcement”.
