Hi am hoping some one can help more out, I did one night shift for a agency two weeks back for a company local to me, the company is requesting to down load my digi card ASAP.
My problem is I am away till Friday tramping would this be a problem,

No problem, they should have downloaded it when you worked for them really.
Just get it to them when you can there shouldn’t be a problem.
ABout downloading… how do I do that exactly?
is there an option on the menu to manually do it?
The norm is for the card to be inserted into a downloader - a bit like putting your credit card into a card reader. It takes no more than a minute to download the card and the information will then go onto the computer software run by the truck operator.

If you’re referring to downloading from the tachograph head (VU), you don’t the company does it.
If you’re referring to downloading the data from the driver card, it’s done in the office, you insert the card into a card reader and the data is downloaded to the office computer or straight to the analysis company via the Internet.
