Before anyone posts, yes, I have seen the list of recommended driving schools, and no, there aren’t any in Bristol!

Avon Driver Training / Training Force

Went for an assessment drive with Martin Hopkins in his Artic. A very laid back professional guy who I will be booking up with very soon.
Also went with N-Trance who have very distinctive Renault slap over gearbox lorries.
Both reasonably priced and both do their training / test in Bristol.

This is point where I normally stick my oar in and mention the possibility of staying away for a few days to concentrate just on the driving course.
