Probably cut someone up, or playing a game of chicken with the brakes or whatever else the morons on the roads are getting upto these days without thinking of the possible consequences.
The roads are full of self important moronic dicks these days, and a lot of them have an invincibility arrogance about them, will cut you up, swear at you, stick fingers up or offer you coffee, every now and then it comes back and bites them in their arse.
I’m NOT saying that is what happened, as I just don’t know, I’m just saying that it wasn’t necessarily about the load
