Maybe the best way to “stick together” right now - is to ditch our underpaying full time work for double that rate on agency, which so many of us have avoided like the plague over the years?
Maybe the boot is on the other foot now, with agency workers getting to call their own shots, and therefore setting their own T&Cs to boot?

Give up a full time permanent job with all the (eroded though they have become) rights and securities?
