Yes its the Czech Republic or Czechia/ Slovakia and although now two countries with separate capitals, Prague and Bratislava its still termed by many as a whole as Czechoslovakia. Albania may not be a EU member state but its still part of Europe as a whole.
A little pedantic there…

Albania is neither European or eastern bloc, it’s Balkan, not to split hairs 
But can read in newspaper was info who somebody was called to police about danger drivers 1 hours ago.Where was Britsh Plice???Why what not stop victim driver?

We may well be under staffed with police (gasp!) but can/should police respond to every call. How msny calls do they get to “bad truck drivers” when nothing iis wrong? To respond to only really serious ones they’d need crystal balls!

The driver claims he drank in france the night before, so he was ■■■■■■ on the ferry why wasn’t it noticed in the drivers lounge/restaurant by other drivers or ferry staff, he drove through the port why wasn’t he stopped, there’s a lot of questions that need to be asked, and other road users safety needs to be priority

Someone ■■■■■■ in the lounge /restaurant will in the main be ignored. he may have been well over but still acted pretty sober, its not something ferry staff take notice of unless theyre making a nuisance of themselves…

By you view danger driver can drive until he kill someone but police will hunt drivers who was eating sandwich.

The first time I saw that clip I thought it was speeded up because of the speed that truck was coming past a parked coach at.

I’m not saying that it’s right.
I’m saying that’s the way it is.
He should have been stopped but do we have enough police to run with blues n twos after evety phone tip off?
