Good evening, could anyone recommend a Doctor to carry out my medical in the Plymouth/Saltash area as I plan on returning to driving after a six year break. I’ve been told that my Doctor will charge approximately £150 so if I can get it cheaper that would be a bonus. Thanks Glyn.
What is £150 over 5 years £2.50 a month its peanuts,can`t get a bacon butty and a cuppa T for that . Plus your own Dr will have your details on your medical records.
Glyn just Google “driver medicals” and a few come up and in your area for £55.00 don’t even think about paying the G.P rip off prices.

Hi I used d4 drivers down in Truro but I think they do Plymouth aswell . Just double check your form before you leave . The doctor ticked the wrong box on mine and took a bit of sorting as doctor was not down this way for a while again. But they did sort it so all good . Think it was about 50quid.

My own doctor charges around £150 to do a drivers medical but if I go with (I think it’s called this ) Doctors on wheels I visit the same doctor in the same surgery and pay the princely sum of £45! The company pay anyway, but it’s the principle.
