if reduce to 24 well i had 29.30hour off this week i will have 45hours this weekend so does that mean i have the 45 off next weekend +the hours i owe would it be oweing from 24 or from 29.30.
You only need to pay back in one go the weekly break you haven’t taken ie. 45 minus 29.30=16.30
So 45+16.30=61.30 has to be taken before the end of the third week. If my maths are correct I blame carlsberg.

This^ Although you could also add it to another reduced break and then pay that one back later, in fact you could keep doing that.
Compensation before the end of the third week following the reduction. If you reduce this weekend you would have until 26th June to payback.
