Driver hours question

Please can one of the resident experts tell me if below is ok? I drive a desk in the week, but want to keep legal with my driving but make most of my 2 days remaining holiday Thanks Joe

Week 1 Week 2 Week 3 Week 4
Office Mon - Fri off all weekend Office Mon - Fri drive Sunday (36 off) Office Mon - Thur drive Sunday (60 off) Office Mon - Fri drive Sunday (36 off)

Week 5 Week 6 Week 7 Week 8
Office Mon - Fri off all weekend Office Mon - Fri drive Sunday (36 off) Office Mon - Thur drive Sunday (60 off) Office Mon - Fri drive Sunday (36 off)

Week 9
Office Mon - Fri off all weekend

For WTD, I think you’d be able to meet the definition of an “occasional driver” - “One who drives no more than 15 days in a 26 week period, or no more than 10 days in a reference period of less than 26 weeks”.

Week 1
Office Mon - Fri
off all weekend = REGULAR

Week 2
Office Mon - Fri
drive Sunday (36 off) = REDUCED

Week 3
Office Mon - Thur
drive Sunday (60 off) = REGULAR

Week 4
Office Mon - Fri
drive Sunday (36 off) = REDUCED

Week 5
Office Mon - Fri
off all weekend = REGULAR

Week 6
Office Mon - Fri
drive Sunday (36 off) = REDUCED

Week 7
Office Mon - Thur
drive Sunday (60 off) = REGULAR

Week 8
Office Mon - Fri
drive Sunday (36 off) = REDUCED

Week 9
Office Mon - Fri
off all weekend = REGULAR

LOOKS GOOD TO ME but cannot get the reference to a holiday

Looks OK to me to, how you make the most of your 2 remaining days holiday will depend on when you have them.

Are the Fridays you haven’t worked the holidays you’ve had so far and you’re looking to do the same with your 2 remaining days holiday ?

Another candidate for the divorce courts , why people don’t live within there means I dont knowv :unamused:

Thanks for replies no danger of divorce extra money pays for nice holidays etc. I am technically occasional driver but agency don’t seem to understand the rules. I have two days holiday left to take by end of November so can use them to do 2 extra Sunday drives.
