Do you mean what you need if your up the road all week, well everyone is different. The list is massive and its been done quite abit on here so just search then come back with what your un-sure about. I wouldnt suggest you go straight to doing 5 nights out a week, do a couple first see if you like it first and atleast that watif you find you really need something you havnt got, your not going without for the whole week.
