I completed my initial driver cpc other month I have 5 years from that date to complete the 35 hours of training don’t I? Not till September 2014?

5 years from passing initial - it should be shown on your DQC
Check the date on the card; if it is Sept 14 then you were one of the very first to do it it Sept 09. But you say you did your initial cpc a few months ago. So this doesn’t quite add up.
Regardless of the date, do the 35 hours and it will extend the expiry date by 5 years. It’s perfectly possible to get 10 years cpc.
