No classroom courses right now, online only
Yes face to face courses are still being done.
The guidelines from the DFT are; online where possible, but face to face can be done is necessary to maintain your qualification.
The last message we had from the DVSA was, essential DCPC can be carried out face to face in England, but it would be advisable to keep people apart at this time.
So it is quite vague, we have sent off intentions to deliver some driver CPC and have not had it knocked back currently. So we will see 
Nice to see the lockdown rules are as consistent as ever.
Anybody would think it’s yet another 'We all have to toe the line, but it’s ok when it suits ‘‘THEM’’ scenario.

Or maybe it’s scientifically been proved that it’s impossible to catch Covid in a CPC classroom.
