I’m a little way off renewing my cpc buy my brother needs to do his in a few months. I wondered if someone could advise whether he can do the same tests as we did in the initial training mod 2+4 or will he have to sit the 35 hours in a classroom?

Has he already had a DQC issued to him 
Did he pass car test before 1997
If I’ve read the post correctly, it’s a renewal. This is 35 hours of periodic training. Doesn’t have to be in the classroom but often is. eg he could do ADR, HIAB etc or, if he’s currently CAT C he could upgrade to CE and get the time credited.
None of the above should be taken for granted. Check with the training provider that the course provided “doubles up” for cpc hours.
