Read somewhere that some bloke in the aircraft industry has designed this new gadget for trucks. This device is set to revolutionise driver comfort as much as the introduction of the sleeper cab in the 70s.

Apparently, its a night heater, air conditioning unit, battery charger, and 240v output in one handy package that bolts onto the chassis. It runs on diesel from the tank in the same way a standard night heater works.

I wonder how long it will take for them to make an appearance?

I read that it sounds like a good idea when trying to sleep on hot summer nights.
On a similar subject anybody know anything about the CDC Ait cooler. Looks like an on cab air con unit, but I don’t think its quite as advanced.
