A man has been charged in connection with the death of a mother and daughter who were hit by a lorry in Hull.
Neville Fletcher, 55, of Southcoates Lane, Hull, was charged with two counts of causing death by careless driving in Spring Bank on 29 April.
Zena Jackson, 43, and Cidalia Mendes-Jackson, aged six, died after being struck by a heavy goods vehicle.
Mr Fletcher was bailed to appear at Hull Magistrates’ Court on 3 November.
