I have been reading the thread about the new rules and regulations to try and catch up as I have not been employed for a year now, the problem I have is this, I am due to start a new position in July, I have a drivers card that has information on it from my last employer, plus I have done a little work for an agency ussing the card, what do I do with the information stored on it now, it has not been used since October 08 can I get the info removed before starting new employment, or do I have to leave it on there.
Leave it on - it will eventually get overwritten
