If your too lazy to do the test then you don’t deserve the certificate, if your too stupid to pass that test then it’s time to call in the carers, watch and pay a bit of attention to the video then take the test, as other posters have said it’s not rocket science, I paid zero attention to the video and still managed to get 10 right (and I’m a thicko).

Passengers in the cab question? They are allowed with prior permission, I think that is one of the two questions I initially got wrong.

Keep going, you’re get it in the end. Best way is to make a note of your answers that you put and then one may become evident where you’re going wrong. In reality I think most of us were getting 10 or 11 correct initially but we just persevered.
Passed at last 12 out of 12, the one that was throwing me was the passengers in the cab, you are allowed a passenger in the cab by prior agreement with the docks and your transport company…
