What is your dream truck guys? (with specifications)

It’s got to be a daf 105 fx (super space’s cab)

Could not agree more, did a trip to Belgium a couple of years ago and couldn’t fault it

Only one, don’t even have to drive it The Kenworth T2000 just looks fabulous would probably build a front room around it and just look at it.Saw one Friday and the toes tingled, aerodynamic magic sad but you did ask the question.

Depends if you mean as a proper working truck, or as a play-thing.

For a proper working truck, assuming I was driving it myself every day it would be either an Actros 2550 V8 Megaspace with half leather/alcantara seats, the Telligent box, straight through side pipes and durabrites OR an FH16-550 I-shift with the XXL cab, half leather/alcantara seats, single vertical stack and durabrites. It would be tough to choose between the two, but probably the Merc if I’m being honest.

For a toy, It would probably be something yank like a Pete 379 or something similarly impractical for the UK.

scania topline with twin stacks

I quite like the look of this…
especially as we can drive at 70mph here  imagine seeing that grill coming up fast in your rear view mirror :smiling_imp:

I don’t normally like American rigs but that one above does look better than the rest. It’s a Harley Davidson tribute one I think called the lone star.

My dream truck would be a Scania R730 6x2 in black with durabrite alloy wheels, side skirts and bevelled ally chassis infill with no sign writing, graphics or additional spot lights. If you ever see one specced like this, it may be mine, or you may be dreaming. :stuck_out_tongue:

Daf XF Superspace cab
530 BHP
ASTronic transmission

must have the following

double bed
fridge freezer
fridge
microwave
roof mounted air con unit
15" flat screen TV
Playstation
sink
running water
reversing camera on the back of the cab

oh, and a don’t want to do nights out :imp:

Something with a manual gearbox! Fed up with being a steering wheel attendant! :imp:

Scania r730 longline, skirts, spotlights, chrome wheels, and 2 TGV train horns.

A metallic gun metal grey Volvo FH16 700 with a fully loaded Globetrotter XL cab,top of the line soundsystem, side skirts, polished alloy’s and twin stacks.

Aye top of the range Daf XF or Volvo FH for me. Or at the moment anything but a Scania will do nicely

Although the Iveco Strator would be a nice tool, aussie style rather then the toned down UK style Billie Bowie had on display last year at truckfest

as a work horse or european tool it would have to be the new scania (black amber) ltd edition v8 topline with all the bells & whistles, my num 1 perfect would be the exact truck in a new t-can topline if theyever did a new one. :grimacing:

only thing id change in this pic is a kelsa low bar (under bumper type with white white led lamps, & black chequre plate strips on wing tops to match cat walk etx)

itd look smart as â– â– â– â–  with a bulk powder tank on it painted in same colour & details, or a nice fridge with all extra top side & rear lighting.

if i had the perfect choice itd be painted in the new focus rs green with the same decals as above just coloured to match the green instead of brown

Leyland roadrunner.

Foden 4000 series 8wheeler with air con, light clutch (my old one wasn’t), draughtproof doors, 350 Cat engine, onboard weigher and a sleeper cab-on (for breaktime, not overnighting).
If that’s too much to ask I’ll settle for a Leyland Bison…

Volvo FM9 6x4 with as much power as you can get out of the 9L lump (380?). Sleeper cab, camera, lightweight ally body, ally wheels, camera so I can watch loading without putting my noggin out the window, no extra lights just as it comes.

Did think about mentioning the new FMX; wouldn’t mind trying one of those…

MY DREAM TRUCK IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE THAT BLUE ONE WHAT RUNS UP AND DOWN THE MOTORWAYS FULL OF MONEY!!! Thats the only dream truck there is out there, :grimacing:

That’s too bad, because I’m pretty sure ShuttleSpanker is planning on keeping hold of it for a wee bit longer.

I’ll get me coat …
