Are DAF CFs (like those units) ever plated at less than 18 tonnes? I have never seen one. Would they plate them at less than that just to transport them without boxes, to save a few quid on hiring a class 1 driver?
You need a C+E (old HGV class 1) to drive them so that point is mute
