Do you think I’m wasting my time trying to find a driving job when I have a DR10 on my licence?
Do you think it’s best just to wait till it’s off my licence which will be in four years time?

I think it would go quite badly against you tbh mate, Even if you waited potential employers can still check you driving history with the DVLA. So they’d still find out.
The fact that the conviction is over 5 years old albeit still on the licence may help a bit.
