anybody out there know what there assesments are like
Dean worked for these for a while im sure he will be along soon , but most inductions consist of health and saftey regs for the company and a little drive around to make sure , and then company polices etc
I never worked for them, but I used to know Con Downton socially & he seemed like a sound chap. Don’t know if his sons are carrying on the “Mr Nice Guy” tradition, but maybe it would depend on which depot you were thinking of working from.
I didn’t do an induction as agency told them I was an experienced tramper. Gotta love them 
The lorries are mainly Daf Auto with tri axle trailers.
I had 1 manual gearbox in all tge time I was there.
