Download help please

Hi,

I’m trying to download the footage from my cabcam, it’s on an SD card but in dvx format, so i’ve downloaded the AVS video converter. This is where i’m having problems.

This is the main converter screen

So i find the file i want to convert, copy it, and right click on the screen, and click add files, this screen then comes up

I then have to find the relevant file, and click open, but it then says no such items match your search.

This to me would say nothings recorded, or am i doing it wrong?

Any help appreciated.

Try downloading VLC player.
Seems to play most stuff I’ve thrown at it.

you are looking inside the video convertors own file,you need to take sd out and put back in,then windows will pop up a box saying something like storage device “whatever letter it gives”,the file will be in there,you are not looking inside the sd card.

where it says input file name press the browse button,then computer,then whatever letter the storage device (sd card) is.

Big boots. already done the browse button. It has come up that the file may be corrupt, as when i reinserted the sd card i got a message saying no video files found.
