Theres a cabin N/bound on the A2 in a lay by that does a really good brekky a couple of miles north of dover you can always turn around and go there.
What about Nels on the A2,its about 45 mins before Dover by car,set up on the left by the Gravesend Jct,its a proper sit in cafe that welcomes truckers and general public open 7 days a week from 7am i think,

Merry Chest is better and cheaper in that area. There’s a sign at Nell’s that says “We serve the rich and famous”, that’s because you have to be rich to eat there.
Airport Cafe just off junc 11 on A20 (head towards Ashford) does a pretty good offering!
Dover truckstop.
Lot of drivers use Folkestone truck stop, not far to Dover, cafe there and town minutes walk away,it is at the old hover port.
Portacabin next to the vosa checkpoint on the A2 at Faversham.
Blue and White Cafe on the old A20 between Ashford and Sellindge is good.
Come of M20 J10, go down A20 for about 5 miles and it is on right hand side.
Can get back on M20 at J11 further down.
