And…your point is?

As far as I can see he went back to train and the queues were long.

Why the confusion?? I past Luke at jabbekke and got to the train around the 5pm mark,I am now parked just up the road from the terminal, when I posted it,so yes they were horrific, and looking at the other side when coming off said train the queues were just as bad this side.

Hope this clears things up…

My point being the Qs couldnt have been that “horrific” if he was back in Blighty by 19.47.

I wouldn’t take the time of posts on here too seriously

Fair comment, but would one drivers “horrificQ” be another drivers “bit busy today”?

Indeed so but the train does back up very quickly so even 2 hours seems an age with creeping forward the whole time

Can you still use the short cut and join the q on the final curve @ Coqeulles? (spolling)

I came back P&O yesterday.Went to Dunkerque first to have a look but sacked that idea off when saw the queue along the seafront behind the motocross track.Got to Calais about 12:30 UK time, was through the scanners and kiosks and in a lane within half hour but then had a three hour wait for the boat. The dock was full of riot plod in their daft hats, heard a rumour from the lass in the kiosk that the SeaFrance staff were threatening to release all the lifeboats then set fire to the ferry engines, but no idea if this was true or not.The queue at Dover was the biggest I’ve seen on a while when we came off the boat though, stretched from the kiosks out through the dock, through the town and most of the way up the bank.Best thing that could happen to SeaFrance, them going out of business, they are the worst ferry company in the world I’ve had the misfortune to endure.Even the ropey Greek and Italian ferries are preferable to the SeaFrance shower of merde
