Need a quick answer to this one, as I’m off to bed soon.

Gonna be double manning tomorrow for the first time, Starting at 04.00.

So I know the basics about using two slots, but can the 2nd driver be on break while in the passenger seat, and does the digi show break or will it default to poa, and if it does, how can you show a break?

Any other info would be most helpful.

2nd slot will go stright onto POA the moment you drive. My understanding is the 1st 45 min of driving is classed as break when on POA for the 2nd man?

First 45 minutes of POA for the card in slot 2 is assumed to be break. This only applies to multi-manning, in single man operations POA is POA.
