Double Manning

Hi everyone

i am running double manned tonight, i am booked on for a shift tomorrow night.

i dont think i will have enough daily rest 9hrs completed. if i were to drive the first 9 hrs wpould the remainder of the shift be classed as rest?

Hope that makes sense

Flipside

No

The vehicle must not be moving for it to be classed as DAILY rest and both drivers must have proper sleeping bunks etc.

ach well thats the end of that plan Cheers ROG

Would not matter what hours he did as he did not have enough for the minimum 9 daily rest and was trying to see if the non driving passenger bit when double manning could be used to make it up - which it cannot.
