SPOT ON
My point about VOSA was the time they took from the accident to the verdict, the police tried the manslaughter charges and failed, then health and safety had a go which resulted in 60k in fines, then VOSA come along 2 years after the accident and ban 20 odd drivers over a year ago, then 3 years after the accident they revoke the licence, 15 to 20 drivers will now be out of work, only a couple of them were employed by the company when it happened.
Bob Taylor is now nothing to do with the company as his father kicked him out.
Translact and Taymix are by no means the only company to run like they did, just took this accident to bring it to notice, if the accident hadnt happened, they would probably still be running like it today along with many other companies.
