today I passed my class 1… :grimacing: now the real part starts with trying to find a job driving them… :laughing: after driving rigids for 3 an half yrs thought I would move into the big boys club… :laughing: :sunglasses: ,overall the examiner said it was a really good drive and I only got 3 minors so not to shabby… :smiley: :grimacing:

You at least have an good understanding of height, width, length of a vehicle and the years min experience driving ,so hopefully it shouldn’t be to difficult …What about your present employer ,does he have any vacancies ■■

they only have 1 artic and 8 drivers with class 1 so not going to get much of a look in there… :laughing: :laughing:

my mate works for taylors he has already spoke to alan taylor and he said he would take me on but its about 25 miles from my house and I don’t think my old car will take the travelling, 50 miles round trip would spend most of wages on petrol… :laughing: I could probably tramp out for the week but I don’t have everything I would need to be a full time tramper yet so amlooking around a bit closer to home but if have no joy then might have to take the offer… :grimacing:
