If i change jobs onto EU does my 17 week period start from when i go back on EU?
Yes, the driving / work you carried out under Domestic Rules doesn’t count under RTR. Don’t forget that if you are exempt RTR (because for example you are under Domestic) you still come into the 48 hr week under WTD. However, you can opt out (at present) from this working week limit if you wish.
