I used to do some part time class 2 work, but since there’s none of this about just now :frowning: the agency has given me some multi drop transit van work.

I have been on holiday wednesday, thursday, friday and I am doing multi drop van work tomorrow (Saturday). :smiley:

I am then working at my non driving job 9-5 Monday - Friday, then off for the weekend.

The question is if asked to van work this Sunday would I legally be able to do this (as it would be over the 144 hours).

I realise I can’t do class 2 work within this period.

Basically can I work 7 days on the trot?

If you are not coming under EU regs during the week Sun Midnight to Sun midnight then the EU regs do not affect you.

You then come under the non-mobile workers WTD and I don’t know how that works but you can opt out of it.
