glad your ok adam, but im not surprised you lost your job… i bet your gaffer doesnt have any more ridgids left 
your first one got smashed up by someone else your last one was knackered and now yours has been written as well. in fact to be honest i bet your gaffer is secretly quite chuffed about it. a good payout on the insurance and downsizing fleet in difficult times.
if its not your fault and you get cleared of any blame, to get rid of you he will need to give you some sort of pay off.

what bacause of the crash? i was catting to rob yesterday and he said this had happened, glad your ok mate
Accidents happen and if it was through no fault of your own then you CANNOT be sacked, but its a diff kettle of fish if you have been charged for driving offences then I guess they could let you go for Gross Misconduct, destroying company property■■? We really need more facts as to what actually happened. Plenty of compo lawyers outhere though.

i suspect it will be a case of " suspended upon further investigations " with " no truck no job " chucked in at the end for good measure. i expect they will sort the details out when they know more about the accident.
i dont expect we will hear anything else on here from adam as he knows his bosses read these forums.
if he gets sacked for a road ACCIDENT he doesnt have to say much, we can all work out what his boss is like!!! anyhow good luck and at least you still have all your arms and legs.

it was a big crash no doubt about that, but if you don’t get yourself back on the saddle sooner rather than later - it will haunt you - take mr vain up on his offer perhaps
