hello people :slight_smile:

i’ve always wondered if theres a such place to work for… :unamused: where you could get your own nice big unit , put up a personalised number plate with your name, get some curtains well basically make the unit look really nice without any c**t telling you that you cant do it. where i work we get contractors coming in and every time i see a nice truck it breaks my heart a little.

so i wonder if such place existed around NORTHAMPTONSHIRE. Perhaps you know such place

They’ve got the contract for bestway in banner lane. The coventry job is a doddle and the drivers get treated better than the barking ones. Not many early Mondays or late Fridays, where as barking is the complete opposite

My dads place will let you dowhat you want to your truck as long as you pay, im not sure about lightbars though, either nobody wants to fork out for em or there not allowed. But inside yer you can pretty much do what you want.

I’d just be happy with a decent job were your not treated like a ■■■■■ Spent years driving all over Europe on double deck coaches and now i’m the bloody novice again.

Some people are not obsessed with their pay packet and others don’t need the money.
Different strokes for different folks, or do the trucknet nazis insist everything is all about pay?

No I don’t, but in the current climate I can’t see anybody having a big wedge of cash to live on meaning they will work for peanuts just for a belonged up truck. It’s only my opinion don’t be offended by it!
