There isn’t a Lidl RDC at Detling.

There’s Detling Hill, there’s a closed-down pub that used to be a baghouse which was raided by the Drugs Squad who siezed a couple of kilograms of cocaine, there’s a dogging lay-by, there are a couple of Shell petrol stations, a closed-down Little Chef and an Indian restaurant which nobody ever goes to and which is only used as a front for illegal immigration, there’s a signpost to a village called “Hucking”, the first letter of which is regularly altered by pranksters but there’s definitely not a Lidl RDC.

Yep, if you are tipping anywhere at Detling it would be on the aerodrome, come off from the M20, go up the hill, past the Shell station and it’s about a mile after that heading towards the M2, it is signposted. You have to turn off into the dogging lay-by and there’s a turning off of that.
