Do you still need to complete 35 hours CPC/5yrs, IF

You didn’t have grandfather rights and done your CPC Mod 2&4?

If you don’t have acquired rights (aka grandfather rights) and you pass the Mod 2 and Mod 4 you have 5 years from the date the Driver Qualification Card (aka CPC card) is issued. This will be issued after you have passed all 4 modules, inc theory and practical driving test.

Within that 5 years you must complete 35 hours of CPC periodic training. Once the 35 hours are complete a new card will be issued valid for a further 5 years from the expiry date of the original card.
