0This man is responsible for a theft of a mobile phone.if anybody knows him please contact duncan paylor on fb.he was caught on the phones camera as he tried unlocking it five times.it was at wetherby services, highly likely he is still there as it was stolen at 17:00 hrs today and photo was taken 19:00 hrs today.this gentleman would appreciate any help.
