I have just passed my Class 2 practical, so I’ve done my module 1,2 & 3, but do I need to get module 4 done before I can find work as a driver?

You only need to do initial CPC which is mod 2 and 4 if you passed your car test after 1997

i passed my car test in 2004, so I do need to pass module 4 before i can get a driving job?

i went for an interview last week for a class 2 driver and the bloke said it doesn’t matter.

You need to pass Module 4 before the DVLA will issue a Driver Qualification card. This card is your evidence of holding a valid Driver CPC.

It is an offence to drive commercially, unless you are driving under one of the exemptions without this evidence.

Most LGV training companies can easily and painlessly arrange the Mod 4 training and test for you. You can find loads of info about the test etc on this board.
