i know that a company should provide these, but wondered how many of you carry your own in addition?
No chance of me getting my own, they cost too much!
If company won’t provide them then load goes nowhere, very simple really.
Damned if I’m spending my own money on equipment they need!

Not me.
I’ve always carried a few basic tools and things like cable ties a roll of insulation tape ec’t, but I’d draw the line at ratchet straps.
Same here company should buy them my truck has about 20
thought as much! but i spoke to a milkman the other day who was carrying his own which made me wonder!
I do have a company bag with ratchet straps in a bulb kit fire extinguish couple bits as well is in the boot of my car normally but don’t need it as there is normally plenty ratchet straps in the side lockers
