It only applies to those who chose to not bother last year and told them to poke their DCPC nonsense? That makes loads of sense
Does this mean we can sue dvsa for miss informing us and reclaim money we have paid out also companies should be able to claim if they’ve paid for the full 35’hrs for there drivers. It just reinforces the attiude among drivers that the dcpc is just a money make excirse

which is the cheaper option?The cheaper option is what is known in the trade as the “Dessy option”. Basically you don’t do your DCPC at all, thus saving yourself hundreds of pounds. Drawbacks are you can no longer commercially drive, but upshots are you can spend much more time here pouring scorn and vitriol on drivers who are still working.
