Do you get paid for induction days

Mates got a 7 hr induction,and he rang me too see if I knew whether he’d get paid or not( I know why didn’t he ask at interview :unamused: :wink: :laughing: ) but he didn’t,he’s on a daily rate ,so will he get paid :question: ta

If its for an employer they will. If its for an agency its hit and miss. I have for anything longer than an hour.

Usually on agy its minimum 4hrs paid for 1-2hr inductions, +4hrs its usually 8hrs paid
