I’ve always been paid by the nearest 15 mins , if you log off at 16 .37 etc you’ll get paid to 16.45 , but this looks like to the min , finish 16.37 & you’ll get paid to 16.37 , so your being paid to the min , anyone worked for them , am I correct ?
Nb I asked the question & was told you’ll get paid what you do , not very helpful
when i worked for them for a while i was paid to the minuet but others on different contracts were paid to the nearest 15 min which might be why you got the vague answer.
I could be wrong but that screen shot looks like its your time card ie the times you have clocked in and out not the times you will be paid. You may have to wait until you get your first pay slip
Yes it’s the hours I’ve worked , get pay slip Fri so I’ll have a look and see whether it’s paid by the minute or 15 mins , thanks
Perhaps next time ask and understand what and how payment is made

To shut this thread down , yes paid by the minute 62.28 hrs total this week , strange way to pay wages that I’ve never seen before but as long as paid what I do I guess it’s fine .
Lineage are same (or at least they were). Was to the nearest quarter then went to paid to the minute.
Not truck related but know a girl she works cabin crew for Ryanair she told me once had a bad week for pay and working asked why she said got few delays. At ryanair it’s all timed. There only paid form when aircraft doors are locked and palne starts to move and until the land and doors are open.
The bit in between when passengers get on and off etc there not getting paid..and if get delayed leaving an airport due wether or something there not paid.
And her bf said yep it’s true.
So you could do 10 hour day only get paid for 6 if your delayed anyware waiting for a takeoff slot etc
And thought we had it bad.
There was a really interesting documentary a few years ago about Ryanair employment practices. Not only are they only paid for flying time as you describe, they have to buy their own uniforms, the catering is stock taken at every crew change, any shortages, ie what they ate themselves or what a passenger half inched off the trolley, the crew are charged for, best of all if they are so delayed that they can’t get back to base and have to lay over as they call it, they get nothing, zero, they have to pay for their own hotel and food, no subsistence refunds, just tough. Ryanair crews return to base every shift no planned nights away whatsoever. Now if you think that’s bad, the cabin crew have it cushy compared to junior pilots, although senior captains seemed to be very well looked after.
Ah ok never seen that. But wouldn’t suprise me. Maybe explains why cabin crew mostly seem be young women. Probably lead to believe it’s all glamour n glitz get see the world etc..
N reality is completely different.
But guess it’s foot in the door and onwards to bigger better main airlines for better money ie ba Emirates Qantas etc
Whole transport industry though is a race to the bottom.
apart from train /underground drivers who funny enough are heavily unionised maybe coincidence?
Funny enough, the daughter of a neighbour did 18 months suffering Ryanair, then moved on to British Airways 787 fleet, interestingly they never swap between aircraft types. Her first flight after training was to Bogota, so a bit different to Ryanair, so is her paycheck.
