Used to run up the M6 every other night for near three years heading for the boat.Passed almost everything up the road as the lorry run at 60 and needed every bit of it to get the boat.Most of the English men always flashed me in,mostly parcel trunkers doing the night shift to Scotland.I always give six flicks of the indicators in thanks,I guess most nearly knew the lorrys coming if it was there set run that they were doing

I was told when i was at DHL not to flash anyone in for that reason.

As I say it is nonsense but scenario goes you flash, they crash and try to claim some of your company’s cash for the flash.
15+ years in insurance tells me this could easily happen. And it’s not whether the claim would be successful but for any such allegation there is time and money needed to resolve it…

The problem you have there Snowman, is that you don’t need the help!
I do but bare in mind in some foreign countries flashing your lights at them / other drivers when overtaking or pulling out to or approaching a junction means don’t come out or warning I am coming past cars in France etc do this when your about to overtake they flash you so you move and all hell lets loose so one to watch out for when driving anywhere but mainly European lol. But to get back to question as others have said flash who you like mate just make sure with some of foreigners they are well clear of you before you do[emoji3]
