i start my CPC on monday, for the next 2 weeks, and was wondering if i need to record my hours for the 26/48 week average?
i am effectively unemployed at the moment (in between jobs) and paying for the course out of my own pocket (well, naval ressetlement are but its my grant so its out of my pocket).
so… do i need to record it as anything? (i have a feeling i do not need to) but would like clarification
by the way…i wont be any inscope driving at all in the next 2 weeks

NO - it counts as other work if you are getting paid by your employer to do it or they are paying for it.
It’s your free time and your money - do what you want - it’s all ‘out of scope’
If you were receiving holiday pay for that period then that is ‘in scope’
It depends on if you’re still in the mob (technically) or not.
I was still in, when I did my resettlement, and got promoted to Mr after the course ended

If you’re still in, the you don’t need to record anything, because MOD is exempt EU regs.
