hi all do you need to use a tacho when driving a bin wagon, i think they are excempt but not sure cheers.
I’m sure I’ve read this somewhere before that they’re only exempt from using the tacho for door to door pick ups.
You do not have to use a tacho in a bin lorry which is doing door to dooor household refuse collections
That would be on domestic regs so either a domestic regs record sheet or a tacho in out of scope mode can be used for the records
